A clean, quiet campground with well kept facilities. All sights are full hook-up with 50 amp electric service. Roads and sites are paved and each site has a paved patio as well. Road and site access is adequate for large RVS. The only area to be cautious with larger RVs is at the park entrance. The entrance is at the end of a curve and meets the road at an odd angle (i.e. more than a 90 degree turn is required to enter the park). If you are approaching the park going north on US 321 you will have to make a right turn into the park and will need to make sure you have plenty of room to swing the turn wide so you clear the guard rail at the park entrance. Restrooms and showers are kept very clean. Pool is well maintained and water is kept comfortably warm. The only minor negative to this park if you have kids is the playground is very small and the playground equipment is designed for small children (under 100 lbs).

We used this campground as a vacation base while visiting the Chattanooga area. There are two negatives to this campground, the size of the sites and the very small playground. The campground is almost all pull through sites that are very narrow and are not overly long (I couldn't fit my 36 foot trailer and my crew cab pickup on the site without backing the truck in at an angle next to the trailer). The location of the sewer hookup on the site required 15 feet of sewer hose to hook up. Campground interior roads and sites are gravelled and are well designed for RV access. The pool was clean and warm. The comfort station is modern with tile floors and walls and is very clean. Campground staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area.

We used this campground as an overnight stay on our way to Tennessee. The staff was friendly and accomodated our request for a pull through campground that was long enough that we would not need to unhook for the evening. The pool was heated and clean. The campground has easy access to I-75. The only negative to the campground is its close proximity to I-75 and to a very busy train track provide a constant background noise.

I reserved a full hook-up back-in site that was supposed to accomodate a 40 ft trailer. The site was very shallow ... my 36 foot trailer occupied the entire site with the back jacks at the end of the pad and my tounge jack right at the edge of the street. Backing into the site was very difficult. Sites are at a 90 degree angle to the road and large trees at the edge of the site require a tight turn to get on the site. Fortunately it was not very busy when I arrived on Thursday evening so the road was reasonably clear. As the campground filled up later in the weekend the only place to park vehicles was in the roadway making access to the campsites even more difficult. The campground was not in a particularly nice part of town. It was located in the middle of a mobile home park and right next to a heavily travelled railroad track (trains every fifteen minutes). Some of the roads in the campground were narrow and maneuvering a large trailer was difficult. On the plus side, the campgrounds restrooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Given the small sites and difficulty of maneuvering I would probably choose a different campground on my next visit to Sandusky.

Park is close to US-131 just south of Grand Rapids. Full hook-up sites at park are open year round. We stayed here late in March because it was one of the only parks near Grand Rapids that was open this early in the year. Sites are grassy and the front full hook-up sites are not very level (they slope down toward the road). I had difficulty hitching and unhitching due to the slope of the sites. It was rainy the weekend we stayed and the sites became extremely soft and muddy. Office was not open the entire weekend we were at the campground and there was no instructions for how to check in/pay. We ended up putting $37/night (advertised rate on website) into an envelope and slid it through the mail slot before evening. While the location of this campground is convenient to Grand Rapids, there are nicer campgrounds in the area and I would probably choose a different campground on a future visit.

Campground roads and sites are well laid out making access to the campground easy, even for large RVs. The campground is well maintained and very clean. Campground staff was friendly and helpful and the campground had a large number of activities for kids. The campground has a new and well equipped playground that my kids enjoyed playing on. The campground has a small canoe livery that rents canoes and kayaks on the adjoining Juniata River. My only complaint with the campground is that the laundry facilities are fairly small for a campground of this size (2 washers and 2 dryers).

Nice campground with easily accessible sights. Pull through sites were long enough to leave tow vehicle and trailer connected which was appreciated since we were only staying for one night. Staff was friendly and showed us to our sight. Pool was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms and showers were acceptable but could have used a little more attention in terms of cleaning. The campgrond is well signed when coming off the turnpike and easy to find. All in all I would stay here again.

While this campground has some positive aspects, it has some negatives as well. From a positive standpoint, the campground has nice facilities (i.e. good access roads, clean sites, clean restrooms, and a well stocked store) and the staff was always friendly and courteous to me. On the negative side, there are rules posted everywhere and the language is, quite frankly, rude, and to me offensive. I do not need to see in multiple locations that my campground stay will be terminated and legal action will be taken if I do not follow the rules. I found the language of the rules very much in contrast to the staff's attitude, as I had no issues in the way the staff treated me at check-in or anytime during my stay. This campground is also over the top with their check in and check out policies. I received an e-mail two days before my stay reminding me that check in was 3:00 and I would be charged extra for checking in early. Than, on check-out day I had a flyer placed on my windshield reminding me of the checkout time and making it clear that extra charges would accrue for checking out late. Lastly (and surprisingly for a KOA) there are no directional signs form this campground, regardless of which direction you approach the campground from ... this wouldn't be much of a concern except that the campground is not close to the freeway exits, and several turns are required to get there. All in all, while the campground facilities are nice, there are numerous campgrounds in this area and on a return trip I would probably elect to stay at a more "relaxed" less rull intensive campground.

Clean, easily accessible park that is very close to the Ohio Turnpike and Cedar Point Amusement park. Park has large pull-thru sights that are long enough to leave the camper and tow vehicle connected for an overnight stay. Park was clean and well cared for and camp staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean and well cared for campground near Raystown Lake. Sites are large and there are enough trees in the campground to provide some shade. Campground staff were friendly and helpful. Wireless internet is available in the main campground office for a nominal fee. The one negative to this campground is the access road ... it is a rough, narrow road that will require you to travel slowly and carefully with your camper for the mile distance from the main highway to the campground gate. Once inside the campground the road are well maintained, smooth, and wide enough to accommodate the largest of campers.

A great family park with lots of activities for the kids (game room, swimming pond, fishing pond, bike and paddle boat rentals, water slides, and a large playground with play structures for toddlers as well as older kids). Campground has lots of undeveloped space for playing catch, frisbee, baseball, etc. Campground access roads are wide and accessible. If you have a larger camper you probably want to stick to the larger sites that are west of the entrance roads (sites 36 - 76) ... the back half of the campground is heavily treed and can be a tight squeeze. Also note that water electric sites 69 through 76B have shared hook-ups so it is advisable to have extra electrical cord and hose to reach the hookups.

Park is very new and has modern facilities throughout. Roads are paved and wide. All sites have paved pads that are angled to the road for easy back-in. All full-hookup sites have 50 amp electrical service available. Shower and bathroom buildings are very clean and well lighted. Next door to the park is a go-cart and mini-golf facility that has a large game room that is popular with the kids. This park does have one detraction ... CN and CSX both have train tracks that run alongside the campground. These tracks are heavily traveled (train every fifteen minutes or so day and night) ... they don't bother me but if you are a light sleeper the train whistles may keep you awake at night.

Park has a large lake with a walking trail around it. The sites in the front of the park are grassy and open and the sites in the back are heavily treed. The showers and restrooms inside the building are cleaner than the main showers in the front of the building. Office staff is friendly and helpful. We stay at this campground several times a year as it is close to our house and always have a good time.

Park has a nice indoor pool that is warm and a well equipped playground. Staff was courteous and friendly during check in. Sites in the full-hookup part of the campground (sites 100 - 118) have a row of trees/bushes that provide some shade/privacy from the adjoining sites and once on the sites they are grassy and spacious. This campground, however, was not designed to accommodate larger units. The roads and camp-site entrances are very narrow and trees close to the roads make it difficult to maneuver. I have a 34 foot travel trailer and found maneuvering into and out of a pull-through site to be very difficult. I do not believe I would be able to maneuver my trailer through or fit into any of the non full-hookup sites in the campground. There are many seasonal sites in this campground.

Campground staff was very friendly and helpful. Don, the campground host helped us select a good site and was very pleasant and friendly. Campground had Easter activities and crafts for the kids that were well organized. Sights were graveled and level. Campground access roads were wide and easy to maneuver. Restrooms and showers had tiled floors and were very, very clean. Overall a very nice campground that we would visit again.
